Student Complaint Procedure
Attempting to resolve any issue with the school first is strongly encouraged.
Complaints may be filed by a student or guardian at any time online with the Colorado Division of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS) within two years from the last date of attendance or prior to the start of training.
Certificate & Transcript Statement
Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive both:
- • A Certificate of Completion, and
- • An Official Transcript showing all completed hours and grades.
These records are securely maintained by the school and are available upon request in perpetuity.
